Job Description

Job Purpose

  • To achieve annual volume & Value targets line-wise as agreed with RSMs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Handling of main distributers/retailers regularly
  • Responsible for meeting debtor targets as agreed with RSM every month
  • Handle overdue reduction as agreed with RSM
  • Agree on strategy /plan with RSM to reduce cheque bouncing as per the target
  • Ensure that all statements of accounts of customers/dealers within the area are duly signed every month
  • Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet targets
  • Verify weekly reports submitted by DSRs
  • Keep sales team motivated, travel regularly to different locations to meet sales teams
  • Monitor and solve market issues amicably and timely highlight forthcoming issues with workable solutions to RSM
  • Ensure to provide clarity after formal approval from RSM on discounts(monthly, annual special schemes) to the trade team as well as the customers
  • Ensure proper communication to all customers about ongoing foreign schemes given by the company
  • Install post machines as agreed with RSM and the Marketing team
  • Align the team’s mindset with the business's financial and commercial objectives
  • Show clear leadership priority, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and values, and HSE

Experience

  • 5-7 years of sales experience
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice
  • Responsible, hard-working, with strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with MS Office advance

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute
