Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design initiatives in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with user experience expertise to create exceptional digital products. This role involves mentoring junior designers and driving design strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to implementation.
  • Create comprehensive design systems and style guides.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user insights.
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with focus on usability.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers in design best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of user research and usability testing methods.
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end development constraints.
  • Excellent visual design skills with strong typography and layout expertise.
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design with proven track record.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX projects and design thinking.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
