Job Description

We at Devomech Solutions are looking for a talented professional for the post of Business Development Manager to be based in our Pakistan Office-Islamabad. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, technically savvy, and must have the ability to introduce innovative company products in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake research to identify market trends and targets as well as opportunities to reach new audiences.
  • Create quality business proposals as per the project description
  • Develop custom sales strategies with a targeted audience in mind
  • Establish effective business relationships with clients
  • Develop technical documentation and informative presentations
  • Collaborate with the management on goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the US market to generate new business leads.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's (Must have)
  • Experience: 2+ years
  • Commission: Yes
  • 2+ years’ experience of working in B2B sales(international) in the IT sector (having experience of online platforms is a mandatory)
  • An active listener that’s keen to offer appropriate solutions to our clients. We’re consultative in our methods and are looking for someone who can thrive in this environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to learn about new markets and stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Ability to work in US business hours
  • Comfortable speaking with a range of senior executives at some of the world’s leading brands.
  • Positive attitude toward work and a desire to learn and develop.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers.
  • Excellent English spoken(mandatory) and negotiation skills
