Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our business intelligence team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will design and develop Power BI dashboards, create data models, and provide business intelligence solutions. This role requires strong technical skills in Power BI and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Create data models using Power Query and DAX calculations.
  • Connect to various data sources and transform data for reporting.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements.
  • Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience.
  • Maintain and update existing Power BI solutions and dashboards.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Power BI usage.

Skills Required

  • Expert proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M Query language.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database querying.
  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud data platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational databases.
  • Microsoft Power BI certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
