Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PR & Communication Manager to lead our public relations and communications efforts in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will develop and execute PR strategies, manage media relations, and enhance brand reputation. This role requires strong communication skills, media expertise, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers.
  • Write press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
  • Manage crisis communications and reputation management.
  • Organize press conferences, media events, and PR campaigns.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing team on integrated communication campaigns.

Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong media relations and networking abilities.
  • Experience in crisis management and reputation management.
  • Proficiency in PR tools, media monitoring, and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of digital PR, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop PR campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations.
  • Proven track record in managing successful PR campaigns.
  • Strong network of media contacts and industry relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
