Collaborate with Product Managers, HW engineering, Business teams. Drive requirements scoping, analysis and planning including interdependencies, staffing constraints and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams and customer connectEstablish clear Plan of Record commitment and drive prioritizationStrong technical understanding of SW deliverables and risk managementrisk mitigationEstablish rigorous execution discipline communications process risk management, mitigation, tracking, schedule trends vs baseline, recovery actions, executive reporting stakeholder communicationsDevelop program indicators to manage program health including quality and timelinesPartner with other functional areas to establish critical processes to support disciplined product development and decision making and to ensure quality. Coordination across multiple development sites may be requiredDevelop and establish strong processes that streamline the development cycle and help integrate multiple plans, dependencies and deliverables effectivelyMinimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 2 years of Program Management or related work experience.Skills ExperienceExperience and domain knowledge of WirelessSemiconductorsEmbedded SW is a must810 years of experience in a combination of Software product development and program management in semiconductorwireless industryExperience with end to end product integrationExperience managing software products through entire development life cycleApplicants Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
