Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join our mobile engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver delightful user experiences and scalable mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and modules
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, quality, and responsiveness
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party services
  • Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices
  • Collaborate with the product, design, and backend teams to define and deliver new features
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter, mobile development, and related technologies
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to maximize development efficiency

Skills, Knowledge and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or similar)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries and services
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and mobile deployment processes (App Store, Google Play)
  • Familiarity with native development (Android/Kotlin or iOS/Swift) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
