We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of user-centric digital products. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences, visually appealing interfaces, and design strategies that align with product and business goals. This role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Strategy

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs.
  • Analyze user behavior and product feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and UX strategies for product features.

UX Design & Architecture

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction models.
  • Design intuitive navigation structures for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with usability best practices and accessibility standards.

UI Design & Visual Direction

  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, style guides, and design systems.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital products and interfaces.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product managers to align design direction with business goals.
  • Communicate concepts clearly to engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
  • Contribute to design process improvements and best practices.
  • Lead workshops and promote user-centered design thinking across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience creating design systems and working on responsive interfaces.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive and engaging designs.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in agile environments is a plus.
