Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director Supply Chain to join our supply chain management team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will assist in managing supply chain operations, optimize logistics, and ensure efficient procurement and distribution processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and supply chain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and policies.
  • Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and supplier negotiations.
  • Optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to meet delivery targets.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  • Experience with procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations.
  • Project management and process improvement skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
